Huge news for anyone working in tech in the US. Noncompetes are now banned: not just in California (like before), but nationwide. Very, very relevant for anyone at Amazon (which is the Big Tech that has enforced noncompetes even for low-level engineering positions).

I wish @AmazonHelp had a local office I could go to in order to get a problem fixed. I ordered a power supply and somewhere along the line my package was opened, the item I ordered swapped with a cheap piece of junk, and then the box was resealed.

honestly seeing that it's mainly spotify saying may 24th and only the emails for amazon preorderes, we might still get it on the 17th. maybe it's just the merch getting delayed and spotify is a glitch IDK MAN I JUST WANT IT TO BE ON THE 17TH OK

Did a little google search and finally solved the issue of music skipping everytime I open and close the Amazon app on the phone.

INCREDIBLY funny consequence of the fallout amazon show is that nexus mods has been having sitewide performance issues for the past week or so because everyone is now (buying and) modding their fnv/fo4 games again 😂

When you buy a movie on Amazon video you don't actually own that movie. If there service goes down you won't have access to that movie. If Steam goes down you don't have access to those games you purchased. What do we actually, "own" anymore?

Started playing #fallout76 again 2 days before the #Amazon show aired and today is the first day I’ve had server issues. Honestly surprised but hopefully @BethesdaSupport fixes it soon.

Where can I get a wireless xbox controller that isn't overpriced? I could really use one for game development. It's almost impossible to find one in Denmark, even from Microsofts webpage I just get sent to an error product no longer exists. Amazon listings are just insane pricing

This only happens on the @Apple TV when using a pair of HomePods for speakers and the @amazon Prime app. Doesn’t happen with the @plex app. @AppleSupport please fix HomePod support!
