Used @HRBlock tax software since 2004. Servers are down all day, unable to e-file desktop returns. Post office closes 5pm so about to make e-payments at IRS and state website, print hard copies and mail. Tax day is beyond 5 9's availability need! Will never use HR Block again.

I DID IT! Submitted on my own. There were a million glitches on the IRS Free Fillable Form - for anyone getting the invalid error code issue - smh. I'm assuming it's because we all are procrastinators. BUT YA GIRL DID IT!!!!!!!!!!

PSA from the IRS: Due to staffing issues, processing paper tax returns could take several weeks longer. Taxpayers and tax professionals are encouraged to file electronically. Do with this what you will.

Im not with the State that way, its having issues with its IRS bill recipients. Mines clean. I sent the IRS bill. Im from NY. Im accredited through bureau, at 2008. Petrasek is having some neurological problems with his fingers.

Anyone else fed-up with companies that have no customer service, if you try to call to explain and resolve an issue all you get is a computer, if you send a letter, they ignore it. A few examples: Xfinity/Comcast, McAfee and IRS.
