why wouldn't you authenticate my account via text after multiple tries @Ticketmaster ? I couldn't even get the OPTION to authenicate my account except via the app and even then I kept getting an "error". I thought you wanted me to spend money and buy tickets through your platform

Finally got into the @o2 priority presale by using Microsoft Edge on a laptop and opening the @TicketmasterCS link in a new window. App and Priority site still not working. Thank *** this wasn’t Depeche Mode or I would have jumped out the window.
