At court. EOIR’s WebEx is down. Judicial Tools is down. The court’s network is down. ECAS works intermittently but then stops working. And nobody knows anything.

Hm it appears (!) the Russian exploit getting the Luftwaffe Taurus conversation on tape was down to the military official in Singapore dialling into the Webex chat via an "insecure line". The Russians were surveilling the Singapore Air Show and related communication.

The question is whether 1 WebEx **was** the service provider for the Bundeswehr encrypted phone. Or whether 2 the Luftwaffe personnel were talking on an unencrypted service. If option 1, Cisco has a problem, and any other NATO militaries who use WebEx have a ginormous problem.

If you’re having cell phone signal issues, you can still use Wi-Fi to make MS Teams, FaceTime, WebEx,Google Meets, zoom calls and Wi-Fi calling will work. Also just heard @TMobile is not impacted
