My phone is still not working after moving @o2 - please chill. Hoping that @o2 will have it fixed by Monday

So we totally forgot like 12 hours into the power outage that we had gotten mom a generator because of her O2. So we grabbed it and hooked it up. We powered WiFi, both fridges, a few lights, a few fans, charged our phones, watched our TVs. Jules charged her pump. Highly recommend

When are @O2 going to fix their website bug stopping me from adding my already-validated Open discount? Their website error will potentially cost me over £300 if not resolved in the next 14 days. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went into @GreggsOfficial to use my O2 Priority code and was told internet was down so only cash available. Not even card. Really annoying as this seems to be an issue on a regular basis. Now I can't even use my code from O2 anymore. This is not good enough. No backup internet?

Anyone having network issues with @O2 ? I've had no signal for 4 days now. Lost it while out in NYC and now same story back home in London. They don't seem to know the answers either... reset phone + network. Nothing.

Wow… had the worst experience with @O2 customer services. Laughing around in the background, no manager on shift to speak to, kept on hold, answer time was long & also getting charged for another handset that was sent back as part of the “Switch Up” offer. Phone put down on me!

Finally got into the @o2 priority presale by using Microsoft Edge on a laptop and opening the @TicketmasterCS link in a new window. App and Priority site still not working. Thank *** this wasn’t Depeche Mode or I would have jumped out the window.

Anyone else having issues with @O2 this morning. "No Signal" all morning. Tried the Airplane more on/off trick and also restarting phone (#iPhone13Pro), but still nothing? As i'm on #eSIM there's no SIM to remove and put back in #NoSignal #O2 #O2uk

All Ears ! It is ridiculous, I have to do my own Investigation, and I don’t even work for @o2 .. there is a SOG error at your end ! Find it fix it please #o2 doing your work for you , while i lose business

Having had on-going problems with @O2 network, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and signed up for a 12 month contract. Well, the so-called 'issue' that they were 'working hard' to fix, isn't fixed 12 month later on. Time for a new provider, I think.

Been stuck in customer service **** with @O2 since late January after a fraud case that was their fault. I am now getting threatening communication from one of their departments daily because my account is in arrears, despite receiving NO SERVICE. As a customer, I feel worthless

Awful customer service from @O2. Over 2 hours spent on the phone last week to be told to call again this week. Another 2 hours today, passed from department to department and not 1 person could sort out my issue. 1 staff member even asked what outcome I expected from my call!
