Seriously, why do I pay for Mediacom if itโs never going to work? This is the third outage in two weeks. Getting really ******* ridiculous.

After not having internet since Friday, Mediacom amended this afternoon and hooked us back up. At dialup speed. They canโt get out toโfixโ it till Wednesday. Oh, they disconnected our service at the box because they had the wrong house.
