Anyone that has optimum internet can you tell me how to fix the internet dropping aspect of it. Like do I need to just get a router to bridge it to

FYI, @optimum I am sick of the wi-fi outages every two weeks. You would think since my block finally has @Verizon, you would pretend to care. I am actively looking into Verizon, and it looks like a good deal!

Ohh I’m going back to Verizon for my tv service @optimum horrible… talking about some outage I ain’t never had that happen when I had Verizon!!! Now my WiFi or TV won’t work !!!

Hear my guy on the phone w/ @optimum because they are faking power outages to avoid helping us & the rep faked the phone issues & claimed we never contacted before this. Now they are saying they’ll call us back. It’s been a month of this just to not let him talk to a supervisor.

Wrestlemania is this weekend and our internet at home has been down for days. @optimum says the responsibility is on us to get them access to the pole which is in some one else's yard. I'm about to speak to supervisors...
