Why is my @Suddenlink internet down parts of every day lately? Been this way for over a month or two. I keep having to use my hotspot almost everyday

Can @Suddenlink DM me ok going on 3 days with bad internet not just me everybody in my area having issues can't do anything my ping post to stay 24 or lower this is crazy

Hey @Suddenlink how are you going to install cable and internet at my neighbors house and cut my line on WEDNESDAY & “can’t fix it till Monday” - absolute BS… you don’t have a problem getting my money from me but have a problem connecting my service
