I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… do not get the t-mobile home WiFi. Same **** problems, different day. And what does t-mobile say? “Oh we are working on the towers” yeah the same **** towers you’ve been working on for the last 4 months! No reason for it to be this slow
Feeling utterly defeated. I upgraded my internet to the 5G home internet T-Mobile offers, and it worked amazingly for a few days until now. The gateway keeps rebooting, and I read online to see if there are any fixes and this has apparently been an issue for years now.

I cannot recommend highly enough avoiding @TMobile for internet. After 2 years, currently on day 3 with no service; they claim it's a tower issue with no ETA on the fix. I have yet to talk to anyone with the service who wasn't disappointed & eventually dropped them. Back to cable

I don't think there is a problem with T-Mobile in New York City. I am using my phone just fine. I do have WiFi on though.
