spent nearly 4hrs on hold yesterday and my problem still hasn’t been resolved.. @Xfinity go to ****

That was a mistake canceling our @Xfinity and getting @FrontierCorp internet. The website keeps saying no outage but customer service is saying there is. It will take 2 days for a technician to come out 🤦‍♂️

Comcast or Xfinity make it clear that weather related outages are not subject to discounts or refunds. But at what point do outages persist due to inadequate staffing and bad planning? Power has now been restored for three days, and their neighborhood outage map hasn’t changed

Sooo @Xfinity knocked me offline to “upgrade my internet experience” for two days while working from home. And now my internet is sooo slow I can’t stream a **** thing. Xfinity, keep it up and we’ll be back to 3 networks to chose from

Hi @xfinity Please place large mobile hot spots like the ones used for events into HTX areas that are down from the storm. WiFi would really help people get to online resources easier without exerting as much battery life. You can start in 77007 Studemont/Washington area! Thanks

I have been. Three times now told to try Xfinity hotspot. We have been done 5 times today. No response worthwhile from dm. Just worthless. Officially outages three time today

Just had an @Xfinity chat agent restart my internet because they were unhappy they didn't make a sale. Not the first time it's happened, either. And far too "coincidental" of timing for it to be random internet issues (and those don't restart your gateway😀).
