My @SamsungSA TV has started buffering when streaming. Customer Service says I need to check with my ISP. @TelkomZA says its a #Samsung problem as all other devices are fine and internet speed test is 50mbsUp/20mbsDown. #Help #Disappointed

Day #4 and still no internet. According to @TelkomZA technical support, number was suspended and required a sim swap. Swap done, but according to store agent, the nothing was suspended. #WFH is going to be fun.

I have not had internet connection from my router since 13:23 yesterday, and LTE data bundles are not working on my phone either. Since I work from home, this issue has caused me to lose many hours of work. Please fix it urgently! @TelkomZA

Ever since @TelkomZA was privatized its been the most useless network service in SA. Privatization of Telkom paved the way for crooked deals in telecommunication industry. Now they can't even solve a minor technical problem of one changing his or her tariff plan #BringBackTelkom

fibre internet down the entire day - still waiting for a call back from @TelkomZA. logged a fault on their app which says the fault has been logged & confirmation sms'd - no sms. Problem has been persisting for months now & still no help.

@Mshomolozi @TelkomKenya I think there is a problem affecting all service providers...I use Airtel, Telkom and Safaricom Fibre... and all seem unreliable... I think there is a problem with the Undersea Fibre and they have to keep switching to alternative backbone providers who are not as good...

Joh every month there's an issue with @TelkomZA when it comes to my Fibre. This month I can't make payment for the service. So great that small businesses go through this 👍🏼

True. I switched to Telkom and my network issues disappeared.

Day two of no service because you locked my account because it is in "arrears"....but you debited me twice the amount and even added a "penalty" to boot @TelkomZA some service you're offering. Once my contract is done, m not settin a foot in your shop ever again.
