@JagexSupport so im kind of soft locked from my account, i only saved 5/10 of my backup codes unfortunately, and for some reason my authenticator is giving me wrong codes. would really appreciate any assistance

@JagexSupport is there anything we can do if my friends life long account has been hacked while he is on vacation? I was able to contact him and he is aware but he does not have stable enough internet to complete the recovery process. He is looking for better internet as we speak

@JagexSupport I contacted you about an account recovery for which I received a response to provide a new email to recover my account. However, it's been 2 weeks since I sent a reply and I get an email back saying they haven't heard from me. My ticket ID number is #5153216
