Is Uber down? ❌

Uber is down 10% since I posted this.

Crazy to have an uber driver **** and not turn the ac down or roll a window down.

my Uber got into a car accident last night. I been down ever since 😭😭.

My @Uber_India app has stopped working randomly. Just shows an error. Iv done everything from signing out, deleting, downloading again etc. Not sure what else can be done. @Uber_Support ?

when i didnt say a word to my uber driver but i still watched my rating go down by 0.1 on the app

Everyone should be aware of what cashless really means. And when the internet goes down for long periods, even digicash will not be available. YOU will NOT be able to buy FOOD, make PAYMENTS, call an UBER or pay for EMERGENCY MEDICAL treatment.

A surprising learning when I became an EM at Uber was how managers were on the same payband as devs. I got no payrise for becoming a manager. Several devs at my level made more on my team. And this was GREAT!! It incentivized devs to become managers NOT for the money.

Problem I have with all this. Is Uber is last in the long line of dysfunction. What about all the emptied accounts before Uber Platform???

Kinda makes you wonder what happened in those Uber rides when the cameras were down #SummerHouse

I had a terrible experience with @Olacabs @ola_supports @Ola_Delhi today. What is worse is that there is no way to contact customer service, I’m trying to report the issue but it only gives a set menu and no way to contact them. Will make the switch to Uber now.

payments were already made 2 the drivers via cash as d linked card was showing an error,does uber want me 2 make double payments, just 2 use d app for future rides? & how will I hv bank statements tht are asked 2 me for cash payments? How is this any resolution? @UberIN_Support

Wow @Uber @Uber_Support @UberEats @Uber__Canada instead of your agents helping me when I have an issue, this agent ignored my messages and then disconnected the chat a few hours later. This is the terrible customer service Uber teaches their agents to give?! #uber #ubereats

Why does @UberUKI_Support exist? You tell them of a genuine problem, they reply, refund, but don't fic the problem? Why? No ***** given I guess, look (and scroll back to verify) are we eating plastics, by design of uber?

Can't an American company just basically create the same app and call it KnickKnack or something? Lyft seemed to have no issues creating a 2nd Uber.

Today's classic @gonortheast howler - wife buys a ticket on the app, tries to activate, no internet connection outside, driver shrugs, she has to get an Uber home.
