Is Steam down? ❌

Please stop dickriding Valve here, they only did it for EU owners because EU laws required for Steam to issue refunds on ToS changes. US owners of Helldivers 2 were not allowed to get refunds.

Hey @Restreamio can y'all help me out, I can't stream to my Steam store page with restream and the Help Center gave me no option to raise a more detailed issue. Being able to do this is the sole reason I pay for the service so I am gonna need some real help here

I own all my pirated games on steam. I have them just incase steam goes down one day. Except for starfield. I ain't paying for that that bullsh!t!!!

Valve disregarding the refund policy window to issue refunds for **** Divers 2 is why Steam is the most consumer friendly platform there is. Also why PC gaming clears console. Sony is a piece of **** company that cares only about money and Valve cares about user experience

Unfortunately have a temporary wifi outage at the apartment. Starbucks had no seating, probably bc its overcrowded now that foxtrot closed. So I begrudgingly pop into CBA. Not only do they steam their 2/10 bagels, but they dont have wifi either. What a joke of an establishment.

Also, while the Helldivers 2 situation is pretty much dying down, its still not available on my region's steam store. Still waiting on whether or not they'll revert it, but who knows.

CW: Nerd rambling about tf2 server. I finally updated my tf2 server 😃, now it launch on lan only (items are offline) because it can't reach steam services despite the fact that i can join it IM ******* LOOSING IT AAAAAAA (i have the exact same server.cfg)

UPDATE: Hot water has returned to UMD dorms after a campuswide steam outage, according to an email sent Monday morning by Residential Facilities.

Helldivers is so back Now...lets see how many gamers actually revert their Steam review🤔 This will be a good exercise in genuine outrage vs dogpiling for the sake of it.

while this is a good thing, it’s astounding to me that PC players will have a Steam, Epic, Blizzard, and Microsoft account to play games and have no issue but a PSN account? gtfo

bro what ive been daily driving a steam deck for a year and a half because i couldn’t afford a full sized desktop if you really push it it has its share of annoying software issues but it’s plenty tolerable imo. only other issue is battery which is also not that bad

Sony cancels account linking to Helldivers 2 but keeps the limited countries on steam like what? Basically what this means they will eventually push the linking of PSN in the future they just going to let all of this heat die down.

Would be very funny if Steam doubles down and won't lift the current restriction just to **** over Sony

I'm glad this issue has been resolved. However, in my opinion, I would feel as though that if @PlayStation wants any of their games to be linked to a PSN account; it should only be through the consoles and not pc. Or, at least in the PSN launcer/app and not through @Steam.

Didn't see an issue with needing a psn. It was on the steam page. PSN linking deep dicking 177 countries was bad change management and should have been flagged as a risk before the change proceeded.

As a reminder: Mass Effect: Legendary Edition on Steam (playing it right now) - completely SINGLE-PLAYER game, not any sign of multiplayer content, from EA requires to link an EA account with Steam and nobody has a problem with this ?

Now that Sony has backed down, will people change their negative reviews on Steam about #Helldivers2? I doubt that.
