@UbisoftSupport I want to change the email address that’s linked to my Ubisoft account but I don’t have access to it anymore as it’s really old. Is there another way that I can verify that I own the account? Maybe screenshots to prove I own the account?

Well it looks like ubisoft has wiped all my games. I'm gonna reboot my computer and see if it's a error. I do hope it's an error #ubisoft

@UbisoftSupport I am unable to access my Ubisoft account because you guys enabled 2 factor verification without my consent. I have tried using multiple authenticator apps to verify my log ins but those apps & the steps required for them are not explained well enough.

I frankly cannot stand having to use Ubisoft Connect to play XDefiant with friends. *** forbid your Ubisoft account ever gets screwed up. @PlayXDefiant @UbisoftSupport I have a case open and I recently DM’d. I have not received one email in weeks about my case.

@UbisoftSupport Again, thanks but using your link and then “contact us” I am prompted to fill in a form. And yes, “logged in” but when I select account management to disable 2FA, guess what, I can only get to it send me a code that I do not receive ( despite adding addresses to whitelist )
