@UbisoftSupport I am unable to access my Ubisoft account because you guys enabled 2 factor verification without my consent. I have tried using multiple authenticator apps to verify my log ins but those apps & the steps required for them are not explained well enough.

I frankly cannot stand having to use Ubisoft Connect to play XDefiant with friends. *** forbid your Ubisoft account ever gets screwed up. @PlayXDefiant @UbisoftSupport I have a case open and I recently DM’d. I have not received one email in weeks about my case.

@UbisoftSupport Again, thanks but using your link and then “contact us” I am prompted to fill in a form. And yes, “logged in” but when I select account management to disable 2FA, guess what, I can only get to it send me a code that I do not receive ( despite adding addresses to whitelist )

@UbisoftSupport Need help, I have 2 siege accounts xbox and pc, i switched from xbox to pc and wanted to merge the two accounts (cross progression) did everything right but yet nothing was merged. I went onto my xbox account to see that the pc account has replaced the xbox one
